Understand Lead Hero analytics

Review call, messaging, booking, agent, folder, and calling-time metrics for a selected reporting period.

Read call performance for your organization, your reps, and your lead folders, and know what each number counts.

Who can do this: everyone sees their own figures. The Reps table and organization-wide totals are visible to owners, managers, and admins only. If your numbers look smaller than you expect, that is usually why.

Read the dashboard

Open Analytics.

  1. Time frame: 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 1 month, 3 months, or a custom range. Defaults to 7 days.

  2. Call mode: All, Cold calling, or Warm calling. This swaps the entire card set below it.

  3. Total Calls: every tracked call attempt.

  4. Human Connects: calls a person answered, with the pickup rate beneath.

  5. Machine Pickups: voicemail or auto-answer.

  6. Missed: no answer.

  7. Bookings: confirmed booking events, with the booking rate beneath.

  8. Avg Duration: average call length.

Workspace filtering does not live on this page. It follows the workspace switcher in the sidebar, and it only applies when exactly one workspace is selected. With several selected, the figures cover all of them.

Cold, warm, and all

Switching to Cold or Warm calling replaces the six cards with Dial Volume, Connect Rate, Missed, Bookings, and Avg Duration.

Warm calling counts leads that arrived from a connected integration. Cold calling counts everything else. If Warm is empty, no integration is feeding leads in.

Best times to reach leads

Connects bucketed by the lead's own local hour, so a lead in Los Angeles is counted against Pacific time, not yours.

The sample-size note under the title matters: only calls where the lead's time zone could be resolved are counted.

How the rates are calculated

  • Connect rate: human connects divided by calls. Green at 30% and above, amber between 15% and 29%, red below 15%.

  • Booking rate: bookings divided by calls.

  • Unsure: calls that were answered but could not be classified as a person or a machine. A large Unsure share usually means calls are ending before detection finishes.

  • Calling time: a session runs from the first dial until 30 minutes of inactivity, and includes ringing time.

Why Analytics and the Call log disagree

The Call log defaults its call-type filter to Cold, while Analytics defaults to All. The same date range will show different totals until you match the two filters. Check that before assuming data is missing.

When to contact support

Contact support if a call or booking you know about is missing after you have checked the date range and the selected workspace, or if Analytics totals disagree with the Call log once both filters match.
