Find phone numbers for leads you only have a LinkedIn URL for, one at a time or a file at a time, and read the result.
Who can do this: anyone who can open Enrichment & Validation. Enrichment is usage-billed, so the cost shown on the page applies to your organization.
Two ways to enrich
One lead. In the Leads table, a lead with a LinkedIn URL and no phone number shows a Find phone number button in the Actions column. Select it and the row switches to Processing number until a result comes back.
A file of leads. Open Enrichment & Validation and use the Lead Enrichments tab. This is the one to use for anything above a handful.
Submit a file
Open Enrichment & Validation.
Stay on the Lead Enrichments tab.
Drop a
.csvor.xlsxfile on the upload area, or select it to browse.
The file needs a column of LinkedIn URLs. That is what enrichment matches on, so a file without one has nothing to work from.
Check the cost shown on the page before submitting. It is charged per lead submitted, not per number found.
Read the result
Finished jobs are listed under Previous Enrichments, newest first.
Each job card carries its own status, the leads it matched, and two downloads.
The parts worth reading:
The status badge. COMPLETED means every lead returned a number. PARTIAL means some did and some did not, which is the normal outcome. FAILED means none did.
Phone Verified: 1 / 2. How many of the returned numbers were confirmed as reachable, out of the leads submitted. This is the number to judge a job by, not the total.
Leads Created and Leads Updated. Whether the results were written back into your lead list, or only produced a file.
Success CSV and Not Success CSV. The first is the leads that matched, the second is the ones that did not, so you can retry them elsewhere without re-running the whole file.
Source on each result. Enrichment draws on more than one data source and the badge says which one produced that number. The sources are labelled rather than named.
A result is never guaranteed
Enrichment returns what it can find. Some leads will come back with nothing, and a PARTIAL job is a normal result rather than a fault.
Nothing here promises a match rate. If a specific list matters to you, run a small sample first and judge it on the Phone Verified count before committing the whole file.
What to do next with the numbers
A returned number is not the same as a confirmed one. Verification is a separate step that classifies numbers before you call them, and it is worth doing on anything you plan to dial at volume.
When to contact support
Get in touch if the LinkedIn column is not detected, a completed job has no download, or the leads billed do not match the leads you submitted. Include the job's created date and a couple of sample rows with no confidential data in them.
