The requests that need a person to look at your account, and what to send so they only have to look once.
Some questions here have one answer for everybody. The subscription is $199 per month and additional seats are $50 per seat per month, and those are the same for everyone.
The requests below are not like that. They depend on the terms attached to your organization, so no article can answer them correctly and this one does not try.
Requests that need a person
A volume discount, which is available but negotiated rather than published
A credit, billing adjustment or compensation
A refund
Cancellation, or a change to your subscription terms
A copy or an interpretation of your agreement
Whether you are eligible for a trial, and for how long
A committed response or resolution time
Send these to support. See Contact Lead Hero support for where.
What to include
The organization
Your account email
What you are asking for, in one line
The relevant bill or charge date
The amount exactly as Lead Hero displays it
Do not send full payment-card or bank details. They are not needed to review a charge.
Find the figures first
Every number support will ask about is already on your own billing pages, and quoting them from there saves a round trip.
Your balance and recent charges. View Usage Details breaks the same period down by service, which is usually where a query gets answered.
What to expect
Support reviews the account as it stands today before confirming a price, refund, discount, cancellation or deadline.
That review is the reason a past quote or another organization's terms may not apply to you. Pricing is account-specific, and it changes. If you have a figure from an earlier conversation, treat it as a starting point rather than a commitment, and ask for it to be confirmed against the account.
