Invite teammates, give them a seat, and split leads and numbers between teams using workspaces.
Who can do this: owners and managers. Members can see the pages but not change anything on them.
How the pieces fit together
An organization is the account. It holds members, workspaces, billing, phone numbers, integrations and settings.
A workspace divides an organization up. Leads, folders, scripts and phone numbers each belong to a workspace, and a rep assigned to one workspace does not see the others.
A member is a person in the organization, with a role and a set of workspaces.
A seat is what lets a member actually place calls. Membership alone does not.
Create additional organizations from the Organization page. Most teams need one, and use workspaces rather than a second organization to separate work, because billing, numbers and integrations do not cross between organizations.
Roles
Role | Can do |
Owner | Everything, including billing and deleting the organization. Always keeps a seat. |
Manager | Manage members, workspaces, integrations and phone numbers. |
Member | Work their own leads. Cannot change organization settings. |
If a control is greyed out or missing for you, this is almost always why. Ask an owner or manager rather than assuming it is broken.
Invite a member
Open Management > Manage Members.
Under Invite Member, enter the email address.
Choose the Role.
Under Workspaces, tick the workspaces this person should see. Leaving every box unticked gives access to all of them.
Select Send Invite.
The workspace checkboxes restrict rather than grant: unticked means all workspaces, and ticking one or more limits the member to those.
The invitation appears under Pending Invites until it is accepted. Check there before sending a second one to the same person.
Give a member a seat
Membership gets someone into the organization. A seat is what lets them call.
Seats are assigned from the Seat column in the member table, one checkbox per person. The cards above the table show how many are allocated and how many remain.
Owners always hold a seat and cannot have it removed. If Seats Remaining reads zero, free one by clearing another member's checkbox, or add seats to the plan from Billing.
Additional seats are $50 per seat per month on top of the $199 subscription. Volume discounts are available if you are adding a lot of them, so ask before buying in bulk.
Create and manage workspaces
Open Management > Workspaces.
Select New workspace.
Name it, then use the row actions to assign reps.
Each row counts the leads, folders and scripts that workspace can reach. A workspace with reps but no leads, or leads but no reps, shows up here before anyone reports it.
The row actions, right to left, delete the workspace, rename it, and manage its reps.
Because a workspace scopes leads, folders and scripts together, moving a rep between workspaces changes what they can work as well as what they can see. The most common support question here is a rep who cannot find a folder a colleague can: check the workspace before anything else.
One behaviour worth knowing: lead imports only match duplicates inside a workspace. The same person imported into two workspaces becomes two separate leads, and no warning is shown.
When to contact support
Get in touch if an invitation cannot be accepted, a member still cannot see a workspace after signing out and back in, or the seat count does not match what you have assigned. Include the email address, the organization, the workspace, and a screenshot with no lead data in it.
